細奴邏（617年－674年），蒙捨詔第一代詔，姓蒙氏。649年，張樂進求禪位於細奴邏，細奴邏開始實行世襲製。永徽四年(653年)，細奴邏嚮唐朝進貢，唐高宗封他為巍州刺史。永徽五年(654年)，蒙巂詔攻擊蒙捨詔，細奴邏遣子邏盛入唐，以求唐朝保護。姚州總管李義援救，擊敗蒙巂詔。674年，細奴邏去世，邏盛繼位。
