俄鬆（威利：vod-srung），又譯為微鬆、歐鬆等。他是吐蕃王朝末任贊普朗達瑪的兒子。
842年，朗達瑪被佛教僧人拉隆·貝吉多傑刺殺後，王妃綝擁立哥哥尚延力三歲的兒子乞離鬍為贊普，王妃攝政。大臣不服，立次妃所生的遺腹子
俄鬆。從此，吐蕃分裂，吐蕃王國名存實亡。後來的古格王朝、拉達剋王係、雅隆覺阿王係、普蘭王係、亞澤王係都是
俄鬆的後代。
