吐蕃

赤祖德赞，旧译为可黎可足，吐蕃赞普，年号彝泰，所以又被称为彝泰赞普。816年（一说817年），赤德松赞去世，可黎可足立为赞普。822年，唐朝和吐蕃第八次会盟，会盟碑至今仍矗立在拉萨大昭寺前。因为第八次会盟是在唐穆宗长庆元年至二年（821年至822年）进行的，所以也称为“长庆会盟”。838年，可黎可足去世，其弟朗达玛立为赞普。
