韩昭厘侯(？─前333年)，姓韩，名武。前362年─前333年在位。战国时代韩国的第六任君主。韩懿侯韩若山之子。又称为韩昭侯或者韩厘侯、昭僖侯。懿侯十二年（前359年），若山薨，由其子昭厘侯即位。
重用申不害
韩昭厘侯十年（前353年），派军队攻击周朝，占领了陵观、廪丘等两个村落。二年后，一位小官申不害自行向昭厘侯推荐，昭厘侯任命申不害为丞相。自从申不害任相的前后十五年间（前351年─前337年），内政进行改革，外交觅取和平，也让韩国跃升为一等强国。有一次，申不害推荐他的堂兄任官，韩昭厘侯拒绝，申不害很不高兴。昭厘侯说：“我在你这里学到了治国的法则，现在，我是接受你的请托，而去破坏你所定的法则吗？还是遵守你所定的法则，而去拒绝你的请呢？你曾教我，严格的执行赏罚，用人一定要依照顺序。而你却私相授受。你说，你要我听你哪一种话？”申不害汗流浃背，请罪说：“你才是我所盼望的真正君主。”
申不害所主张的任人原则，是“因任授官，循名责实”，而韩昭侯不因申不害有功于国，反而牢记申不害所传授的治国之“术”，因此韩国得以富强。
堂陼公劝谏
虽然韩昭厘侯是懂得利用人才的君主，可是很少注意自己所说的内容，导致在无意间把一些重大的机密泄露出去，使跟大臣们所决定的计划不能实施。因此朝野的大臣都很伤脑筋，都不敢直接告诉韩昭厘侯。直到某一天，自称名叫堂陼公的人，亲自到韩昭厘候说：“如果这里有一个以玉做的酒器，是价值千金，却它的中间是空的，且没有底子，它是否能盛水？”于是韩昭厘侯回答：“那是不能的。”堂豁公又问：“如果有一个瓦罐子，虽然很不值钱，但它不会漏接，问你，它是否能盛酒？”韩昭侯就回答：“能。”这时，堂陼公趁著机会，就接着说：“这就是了。一个瓦罐子，虽然没有值多少文钱，以及非常卑贱，但是因为它不会漏接，却能来装酒；反而一个以玉做的酒器，尽管它十分贵重，但由于它空而无底，因此连水都不能装，更不用说人们会将可口的饮料倒进里面去。人也是一样，作为一个地位至尊及举止至重的君主，如果经常泄露臣子商讨有关国家机密的话，那么他有如一个没有底的玉器。即使是再有才干的人，如果他的机密，也会在某天被泄露出去，那他的计划根本是化为泡沫，因此就不能施展他的才干和谋略。”同时韩昭厘侯才真正地了解，他连续地点头说：“你说的对！你说的对！”从堂陼公来劝谏以后，在韩昭厘侯要采取重要措施时，大臣们在一起密谋策划的计划、方案，韩昭厘侯都会小心对待，甚至连晚上睡觉都是独自一人，因为他担心自己在熟睡中所说的梦话，把计划和策略泄露给别人听见，防止误了国家大事。
祝贺秦孝公
昭厘侯二十年（前343年），周显王封秦孝公为西方列国盟约长，那时韩昭厘侯祝贺祝贺秦孝公，秦孝公命其子嬴少官率军会各国君主，前往逢泽（今河南荥阳稍北），朝觐周显王。
高门之论
昭厘侯二十六年（前337年）丞相申不害去世。三年后，兴建一座高门，屈宜臼对昭厘侯说：“我认为你绝不可能走出这个门，为什么？因为不是时候。不是时候的意义，不是指日子时辰不对。人生在世，有时顺利、有时倒楣。从前，你曾顺利过，却没有兴建高门。去年，秦国占领宜阳（今河南宜阳西方），韩国大旱，你不厉行节约，体恤民困，反而豪华奓侈，好像国强民富一样，这是亡国的措施。所以，不是时候。”翌年，高门完工，昭厘侯去世，由其子韩威侯即位。

赏罚之论
