韩哀侯(？─前374年)，名字不详，战国时期韩国君主。
哀侯元年（前376年）韩、魏、赵共废晋静公而分其地，晋国灭亡。次年韩灭郑，迁都于郑都新郑（今河南新郑），疆域包括今山西东南部和河南中部。
《资治通鉴》记载哀侯以韩廆为相而爱严遂，二人水火不容，前374年严遂指使杀手在朝中刺杀韩廆，韩廆走到哀侯处，哀侯抱之，结果杀手刺中韩廆时也连带杀了哀侯。《史记·韩世家》则称“韩严弑其君哀侯”。哀侯之子懿侯（或作庄侯）继位，将国都迁回阳翟。
