　　陈废公（前754年─前706年），即妫佗，为春秋诸侯国陈国君主之一，他为陈文公儿子，前707年正月，趁其兄长陈桓公病，杀死太子免，担任该国君主，陈废公元年(前706年)八月为蔡人所杀，在位期间为前707年正月至前706年八月，共在位20月。
