晋成公（—前600年），原名
姬黑臀，晋文公的儿子，晋襄公的弟弟，晋灵公的叔叔，母亲是周王室女子。
前607年，赵穿杀晋灵公之后，赵盾派赵穿往周迎公子黑臀，立晋成公，这时期政治清明，孔子写：“赵宣子古之良大夫也”。
成公于元年（前606年），赐给赵氏为公族大夫。晋国讨伐郑国，因为郑国背叛了晋国。 三年（前604年），郑伯刚刚即位，郑国归附晋国却背弃了楚国。楚王生气了，讨伐郑国，晋国前往援救。 六年（前601年），晋国攻打秦国，俘虏了秦国将军赤。同年，赵盾去世 七年（前600年），晋成公与楚庄王争压霸权，在扈邑会见诸侯。陈国畏惧楚国，未去赴会。晋国派中行桓子讨伐陈国，因而救援郑国，与楚国交战，打败了楚军。那一年，成公逝世，儿子景公据即位。
