晋国

晋靖侯，姓名
姬宜臼，是西周诸侯国晋国的第六任统治者，晋厉侯之子。
晋靖侯十七年（前842年），周厉王残暴不仁，周人将他赶出镐京，让周公和召公共同当国，史称“共和”。晋靖侯于次年去世，子厘侯司徒立。古书《尚友录》和《元和姓纂》提到，羊舌姓起源于春秋时代的晋国，晋靖侯的儿子公子伯侨有孙子名突，晋献公时被封在羊舌邑（今山西省洪洞、沁县），故以羊舌为姓。
