秦憲公 （前724—前704）
春秋時秦國國君。秦靜公之子，秦文公之孫。名嬴姓，趙氏，名立，公元前715—前704年在位。《史記 秦本紀》及《十二諸侯年表》均誤作寧公，據《秦公鐘》、《秦公鋪》與《史記 秦始皇本紀所附〈秦記〉》改正。
秦憲公十歲即位，居西新邑。
秦憲公二年（前714年），自郿邑（陝西郿縣東北）遷都平陽（陝西眉縣），同年派兵攻下亳戎蕩社（陝西西安）部落。在位十二年而卒，葬西山大麓，其臣下廢太子（後為秦武公），立幼子秦出子。
