沃丁亦稱羌丁，姓子名絢，是中國商朝的一位君王。他是太甲之子，太丁之孫。
沃丁繼父太甲即位，傳說在位29年(公元前1570-公元前1541)。在位期間，輔政功臣伊尹去逝。
沃丁死後，由弟太庚即位。謚號昭王。
