段祥興是後大理國君主，1239—1251年在位，他是神宗皇帝段智祥之子，年號為道隆。他在位期間，正值蒙古大舉南侵之時，1244年，蒙古軍入侵臨關，他派大將高禾出戰，結果大敗而歸，高禾亦陣亡，蒙古軍後因窩闊臺的死而退兵。1251年，
段祥興駕崩，將大理國的爛攤子留給了他的兒子，大理國末代君主段興智，他死後無廟號，謚號為孝義皇帝。
