段智廉，是後大理國皇帝，1201—1204年在位，宣宗功極皇帝段智興之子。他與其父一樣，篤信佛教，在位期間，曾派人到宋朝取經，得到大藏經1465部，放置於大理城五華樓上。他用過2個年號，鳳歷、元壽。死後廟號為英宗，謚號為亨天皇帝。
