　　Zhang Xi Town, born in 1947, Henan Qinyang people. 1983 graduate of Peking University, Peking University is currently Professor of International Relations, Deputy Director of Department of International Politics, International Relations Institute of part-time director of the Center for East Asian Studies and PhD supervisor. Had 1987-1997 University of Illinois studies in the politics of Southeast Asia, 1996-University of Denver in 1997, teaching in the United States, "China's political economy" and "Southeast Asian political, economic and diplomatic." Mainly on the "contemporary politics of Southeast Asia", "Sihanouk family", "Government and Politics in Southeast Asia."
