菜 名:
麒麟片皮鸡夹龙虾
主 料: 龙虾、鲜鸡、层饼腌料:盐、姜汁、酒各适量
做 法: 1、龙虾放尿后用水合熟,起肉,切厚片8件。
2、鲜鸡洗净,抹干,将腌料涂匀鸡身,吊起吹干,待用。
3、烧热半锅,放入已吹干的鸡,用中火炸至皮脆金黄及熟,起皮,切成与龙虾同样大小。
4、放一件龙虾于层饼上,再放上脆鸡皮,即可供食。
