Sweet milk saute Peeled Prawns
鲜奶炒虾仁
主料:鲜虾
辅料:牛奶、火腿、鸡蛋、青豆
调料:盐、鸡精、料酒、淀粉、清汤、食用油
做法:
1、 将虾仁洗净放入器皿中加入盐、鸡精、料酒、鸡蛋清、淀粉拌匀;
2、 牛奶倒入器皿中加盐、鸡精、水淀粉待用,火腿切成丁
3、 坐锅点火放油,待油热后倒入牛奶、蛋清,用勺慢慢推动成雪白块状浮在油面上,捞出控干油;
4、 坐锅点火,将虾仁、青豆过油滑熟捞出;
5、 坐锅点火,倒入清汤、盐、料酒、鸡精、烧开后用淀粉勾芡,再加入奶块、虾仁、青豆装入盘中撒上火腿丁即可。
特点:软滑细嫩、爽脆醇香
