基本特点行气疏肝、祛寒止痛
基本材料鸡肉250克,香附12克,高良姜15克,红枣5粒
[制法]:鸡肉洗净,去肥油斩件,用开水拖过,沥干水;香附、高良姜、红枣(去核)洗净,与鸡肉一起放入砂煲内,加清水适量,武火煮沸后,改用文火煲2小时,调味随量食用。
[功能]:行气疏肝、祛寒止痛
[适用范围]:用于溃疡病属肝气犯胃或寒邪犯胃者。症见胃脘胀痛,时发时止,痛连脑胁,呕吐,口淡食少。
