Mushroom bake winter bamboo shoots
香菇烧冬笋
原料:
净冬笋150克,水发香菇60克,酱油25克,白糖5克,味精2克,黄酒15克,葱花3克,植物油250克(实耗约30克),湿淀粉15克,素鲜汤适量.
制法: (1)冬笋切成劈柴块。香菇大朵的改刀,一切2瓣。(2)炒锅上火,放油烧热,下入冬笋汆一下捞出控油。(3)炒锅留适量底油上火,放入葱花炝锅,将香菇放入煸炒几遍,下入冬笋,烹黄酒、酱油,点入素鲜汤,放入白糖、味精,炒匀,用湿淀粉勾芡,淋上明油,出锅盛入盘中即成。
特点: 鲜嫩清香,益气消渴,清热消痰,利膈爽胃,减肥轻身。
