原料:
牛肉1块约120克、豌豆苗300克、姜丝少许、淀粉1小匙
辅料:
烤肉酱2大匙、酒1大匙、糖1小匙、发粉1/4小匙
做法:1、牛肉逆纹切薄片以腌料拌腌;豌豆苗洗净备用。
2、热炒锅以少许油炒熟豌豆苗,盛在盘底,锅继续加热,再放少许油爆香姜丝,牛肉片拌入淀粉入锅炒熟,盛在炒好的豌豆苗上即成。
备注:
利用烤肉时所剩的烤肉酱来做腌料,底盘搭配的蔬菜也可多做变化,青椒丝、豆芽菜快炒都有很好的口感。不过烤肉酱口味较咸,垫底的蔬菜就不需加盐调味了。
