　　　雪芽产于山东莒南县。品质特征：条索紧结，色泽翠绿。嫩香高长，滋味浓醇，回味甘甜。
　　【药效】
　　　雪芽对于咽喉炎,扁桃体发炎,上呼吸道感染,有较好的清热降火,解毒,消炎的功能,同时能起到解烟,解酒的功效。
　　　雪芽类茶有日铸雪芽、青城雪芽等。
　　（一）日铸雪芽
　　　日铸雪芽，简称日铸茶，又有“兰雪”之名，属炒青绿茶的今古名茶。日铸茶产于浙江省绍兴县东南会稽山日铸岭。因芽细而尖，遍生雪白茸毛，故而得名。
　　　采制工艺与茶质：由于其萌发期较迟，一般于欲雨后采摘一芽一、二叶初展，经炒青精制，其成品茶条索紧细，芽身满披白色茸毛，带有兰花芳香，味甘而滋，气厚醇永，汤色呈乳白色，经五次冲泡，香味依然存在。

　　青城雪芽，产于四川都江堰市灌县西南15公里的青城山区，是绿茶类名茶。

　　青城雪芽的品质特点：外形秀丽微曲，白毫显露，香浓味爽，汤绿清澈。
　　雪芽双井：即双井白芽，草茶中之珍品。产于宋洪州分宁（今江西省修水县）城西双井。
