材料
银耳10克,水发海参150克,黄酒10克,木瓜100克,清汤1000毫升,杏仁少许。
制作方法
(1)取银耳用温水泡发,去蒂洗交,撒开;木瓜洗干净,切块。
(2)海参洗净,切斜片,将上二味一起放入开水锅氽透捞出,沥干水分。
(3)取清汤250毫升放入锅中,加食盐、味精、料酒少许,投入木瓜,银耳和海参,煮沸后小火煨5分钟,出锅放碗中。
(4)另锅放清汤750毫升,加入食盐、料酒、味精适量煮沸,捞去浮沫,倒入盛银耳与海参的汤碗中即可。
