虾仁炒百合
主料:河虾
辅料:百合、鸡蛋
调料:姜、葱、料酒、水淀粉、鸡精、清汤
做法:
1、 河虾洗净去皮,去掉虾线,留虾尾,加入料酒、盐、鸡蛋清拌匀腌制2分钟;
2、 百合洗净,姜切片、葱切成葱花;
3、 坐锅点火倒油,待油热放入虾仁、葱花、姜片翻炒,加入百合、清汤、盐、鸡精、水淀粉勾芡即可。
