Mutton Pickled mustard-green pot or saucepan
羊肉酸菜煲
主料:羊肉
辅料:酸菜、粉丝
调料:酱油、香菜、葱、姜、料酒、盐、鸡精、胡椒粉、香油、食用油
做法:
1、将羊肉切成丝,加入酱油腌制一会。
2、粉丝用温水泡好,酸菜切成丝,香菜、葱、姜也切丝。
3、沙锅内放少许油,油热后下葱、姜炒出香味,下酸菜,添汤,加盐,锅开后下粉丝, 再开锅下羊肉,稍煮一会,点些料酒、胡椒粉、香油;
4、锅开后撒上香菜段即可。
特点:羊肉软嫩、酸菜爽脆
