罗勒起士火腿面包捲
面糰:
500g高筋面粉
50g糖
7g 盐
35g碎九层塔和葱
2g乾罗勒
5g 酵母
25g 橄榄油(我用了1Tbap的青酱和橄榄油)
50g全蛋
250g水
内馅:
起士,火腿,沙拉酱,乾葱
作法:
1.面糰材料一起打至扩展阶段,一次发酵至两倍大
2. 取出每个分割成100g磙圆,中间发酵15分钟,橄成长长的水滴状.
3.最後发酵至两倍大,抹上淡黄水,在中间洞洞挤上美乃滋,入炉烤200c,8分钟即可
