簪缨饺
主料
面粉三两,赤肉半斤,香菇一钱,火腿半两,虾米一两,(鱼帝)脯二钱,韭菜白、熟笋肉、味精、胡椒粉、精盐各少许。
做法
1、将面粉用二两四钱开水冲熟、搓揉,切为二十块,辗薄成圆形状。
2、把猪肉、香菇、虾米、笋肉切成细粒,煮熟压干,火腿、(鱼帝)切成开,韭菜白切成细段共拌匀加些精盐、味精、胡椒粉做馅。
3、用辗成的薄圆形面皮包调成的馅,做成簪缨样状,入蒸笼蒸熟即成。
