Heated solution, correction ph,-packing tube, 115 ℃ autoclave 15min, remove the vertical designate the solidification.
Test Method
Agar culture were picked along the wall puncture, in 36 ± 1 ℃ culture 1 ~ 2d, observe the results. Production of hydrogen sulfide by the media to black.
Note: Determination of Enterobacteriaceae produce hydrogen sulfide should be used or the triple sugar iron agar medium. |
