材料:
鸡翼1磅 调味料:
白醋1杯
冻开水1杯
白糖1杯
盐半茶匙
做法:
1. 用大滚水将鸡翼煮5分钟,盛起用冻水冲洗此为出水第1次;
2. 再出水第2次,今次需要煮至鸡翼全熟,大约15-20分钟,盛起用开水清洗,然后再用冰水浸,直至鸡翼冻透,大约40-50分钟;
3. 将调味料煮滚,待冻;
4. 最后加入鸡翼浸8-10小时,即成。
5. 上碟时可以加上少许白芝麻装饰。
小贴士:调味必须要冻才可以放入鸡翼
