Fried crisp and fresh conch slice
用料:
响螺2只,红菜椒1个,茭白1根,西芹2根,生姜3片,葱2段,欣和六月鲜酱油15ml,油15ml,绍酒15ml
做法:
1、将响螺壳敲破,取出螺肉冲洗干净,切成薄片;红菜椒、茭白和西芹一同切成菱形片。
2、锅中放入适量热水,大火烧沸后将螺肉片放入略煮2分钟,捞出沥干水分待用。
3、中火将锅中的油烧至六成热,将葱段和姜片放入爆香;放入红菜椒片、茭白片和西芹片翻炒片刻。
4、将螺肉片放入,再加入绍酒和欣和六月鲜拌炒均匀即可。
