Accent Chaozhou risotto
主料:鸡肉、虾肉各150克,胡萝卜、高汤各150克
辅料:泡萝卜30克,四季豆40克,大米饭500克
调料/腌料:酱油、精盐、胡椒粉各适量,酒15克,油50克
制作过程
(1) 鸡肉切1厘米丁,腌以腌料,胡萝卜、泡萝卜、炸红薯、四季豆均切1厘米丁;
(2) 锅中加油烧热,爆炸胡萝卜、泡萝卜、四季豆,取起;
(3) 加油爆炸鸡肉,转色后立即放入炸薯炒几下,与其余原料混炒;
(4) 高汤煮滚,放入酱油、精盐、料酒、胡椒,倒入饭炒匀即可。
