Pine nut Chinese water chestnut bake mushroom
松子荸荠烧香菇
原料:
松子仁25克,水发香菇200克,荸荠片20克,葱段10克,生姜片10克,酱油20克,精盐6克,味精3克,植物油50克,素鲜汤100克。
制法: (1)香菇大的切成两半。荸荠片用开水焯一下。
(2)松子仁拣净,放油锅内炸焦捞出,放案板上擀碎。(3)炒锅上火,放油烧热,下入葱段、生姜片炸香,随将香菇下锅,煸炒几下后,加入调料、素鲜汤烧至汁浓,将碎松子仁撒在锅内,搅匀即成。
特点: 香菇浓嫩,松子透香,色泽光亮养血益肺,润肠通便。
