【原料】
主料:老豆腐10块、腌雪菜卤500克。 辅料:盐10克、味精5克、蒜泥10克。
【制作过程】
将豆腐切成3厘米见方的块,取砂锅一只,用竹蔑垫底,然后放上豆腐,加上盐和清水,用大火烧涨再转小火煮至豆腐出现蜂窝孔时,捞出沥干水分。将腌雪菜卤过滤煮沸,加入滤干的老豆腐,再煮约半小时定味后即成。
