用碘-淀粉比色法研究鱼类离体消化器官淀粉活性,测得在最适pH和最适温度条件下,昆明裂腹鱼胃、前肠、中肠、后肠和肝等主要消化器官淀粉酶活性分别为669.5、789.23、796.86、786.15和733.15个淀粉酶活性单位,淀粉活性最高的是中肠,最低的是胃。其最适pH为7.4~8.6,最适温度为30~45℃。
The amylase activity of digestive organs in fish Schizothorax grahami was tested using iodine-starch color method. Results showed that under optimal pH and temperature condition the amylase activity of stomach, foregut, mid-intestine, hid-intestine and liver was 669.5, 789.23, 796.86, 786.15 and 733.15, respectively and the peak occurred in the middle intestine and the lowest was observed in the stomach. Optimal pH was 7.4~8.6 and temperature 30~45℃. |
