　　昆明裂腹鱼
　　学名：shizothorax grahami
　　体长20——30cm，体延长，稍侧扁，背缘和腹缘均隆起，腹部圆；吻钝圆；口下位，横裂，口裂前端远在眼下缘水平线的下方。
　　分布于金沙江下游各支流及乌江上游，是产区主要经济鱼类。
昆明裂腹鱼详介
　　俗名“细鳞鱼”、“细链鱼”，鱼纲，鲤科，裂腹鱼亚科。体较鲤鱼细长，鳞细小，成鱼尾鳍呈红色，体重可达5公斤；以植食为主，主食硅澡5，兼食浮游动物。肉质肥厚，富含脂肪，味鲜美，与同亚科的雅鱼在Z物学特征及食味等方面相似。主要分布于我州江河中。
　　细鳞鱼为州内著名经济鱼类，市场价格相当于鲤鱼的三倍。可进行人工驯化，解决裂腹鱼的池塘繁殖饲养问题后，推广商品性养殖，可获得相当大的经济效益。
昆明裂腹鱼淀粉酶活性研究
　　用碘－淀粉比色法研究鱼类离体消化器官淀粉活性，测得在最适pH和最适温度条件下，昆明裂腹鱼胃、前肠、中肠、后肠和肝等主要消化器官淀粉酶活性分别为669.5、789.23、796.86、786.15和733.15个淀粉酶活性单位，淀粉活性最高的是中肠，最低的是胃。其最适pH为7.4~8.6，最适温度为30~45℃。
　　The amylase activity of digestive organs in fish Schizothorax grahami was tested using iodine-starch color method. Results showed that under optimal pH and temperature condition the amylase activity of stomach, foregut, mid-intestine, hid-intestine and liver was 669.5, 789.23, 796.86, 786.15 and 733.15, respectively and the peak occurred in the middle intestine and the lowest was observed in the stomach. Optimal pH was 7.4~8.6 and temperature 30~45℃.
