当归黄芪鸡汤
【原料】乌鸡鸡腿一支、猪血30克
【调料】豆皮1片、卷心菜50克、金针茹20克、胡萝卜10克、当归1片、黄芪3片
【烹饪方法】
①先将乌鸡鸡腿剁成块状,并将猪血及豆皮切成长片状,卷心菜及胡萝卜洗净切成片状,并将金针茹洗净备用。
②将锅中装适量水再放入当归、黄芪,先开大火煮至滚后,入入猪血、豆皮及乌鸡鸡腿,待水滚后转成小火慢炖约20分钟。
③将金针茹及卷心菜放入锅中,转成大炎至滚后即可。
