Crispy tender fried fresh shell shrimp
原料:
活河虾300克
调料:
食油,黄油,酱油,糖,味精,麻油,葱花,姜末
制作:
1、选鲜活河虾(每500克约60—75尾)剪去须脚。
2、将炒锅置旺火加热倒入食用油,加热至八成热,投入河虾炸,捞出倒去油。锅内留底油放入葱花、姜 末,煸香烹酒,加入酱油、糖、味精、汤略烧,待汤汁稠浓时放入河虾翻匀,淋上麻油出锅装盆堆成塔形。
风味特点:
河虾壳脆肉嫩,咸甜适中,色泽红亮,汁浓入味。
