材料:红色西瓜100克(去皮)、小玉西瓜500克(去皮)、吉利t 20克、细砂糖、
模型:咖啡杯约4个
制作:
1.两种西瓜分别榨成汁备用
2.细砂糖先与吉利t干拌混合,分成两等份分别加入红、黄西瓜汁中拌匀,再以小火加热至80℃,煮至砂糖与吉利t完全溶解即可(加热时要不停搅拌,吉利t才不会结块)
3.将做法2的两种果冻液,趁热分别倒入咖啡杯中约5分满,待冷却后扣出即可食用
