南瓜500克,虾米50克,盐、糖、水淀粉、绍酒、鸡粉、葱花各适量。
【制作过程】
1、将南瓜洗净削去外皮,去除瓜瓤后切成厚片;虾米洗净用温水泡发待用。 2、炒锅上火,放油烧至六成热,放入葱花炸出香味,再放入南瓜片、虾米煸炒3分钟,烹入绍酒,下盐、白糖、泡虾米的水、鸡粉,烧沸后用水淀粉勾芡即可。
