韦德健美训练法则之一。用一副重量只能做4一5次的杠铃做某个动作,当做到不能再做时,将杠铃放到铃架上,间歇10一15秒钟,待肌肉稍梢恢复后拿起杠铃再做,能做几次做几次。然后再放下杠铃,间歇10一15秒钟,待肌肉稍稍恢复后拿起杠铃再做,能做几次做几次。然后再放下杠铃,问歇10一15秒,继续再做。……直到不能做为止,此为一组练习。休息一分钟,再做一组。做二-三组,此练法可使肌肉极度酸胀。
