三仁龙虾球
主 料: 龙虾、腰果仁、核桃仁、夏威夷果仁

做 法: 1、将一只龙虾的头尾卸下,用热油炸至金黄焦脆,摆在条盘的两端;腰果仁、核桃仁、夏威夷果仁各20克用温油炸至酥脆。2、用上汤75克、牛奶50克及适量盐、味精、湿粉汁、化猪油、葱花、姜末兑成碗汁。3、龙虾肉切成球形,与绍酒、嫩肉粉、盐、味精、油,倒入碗汁和炸好的腰果仁、核桃仁、夏威夷果仁、快速翻炒均匀,即可装盘。
