  【制法】《饮膳正要》:"造法用乳半杓,锅内炒过,入余乳熬数十沸,常以杓纵横搅之,乃倾出,罐盛待冷,掠取浮皮,以为酥,入旧少许,纸封放之,即成矣。又干法,以晒结,掠去浮皮再晒,至皮尽,却入釜中,炒少时,器盛,曝令可作块,收用。"
  【性味】甘酸,平。
  ①《千金·食治》:"味甘酸,微寒,无毒。"
  ②《纲目》:"水牛、马、驼之冷;螓牛、羊乳温。"
  ③《本经逢原》:"甘,平,无毒。"
  【功用主治】补肺,润肠,养阴,止渴。治虚热,烦渴,肠燥便艰,肌肤枯涩,斑疹瘙痒。
