謂用刑拷打使之服罪 Plead guilty so that the use of torture torture　　謂用刑拷打使之服罪。《史記·淮南衡山列傳》：“ 元光 六年， 衡山王 入朝，其謁者 衛慶 有方，欲上書事天子，王怒，故劾 慶 死罪，彊榜服之。”
