用碘-澱粉比色法研究魚類離體消化器官澱粉活性,測得在最適pH和最適溫度條件下,昆明裂腹魚胃、前腸、中腸、後腸和肝等主要消化器官澱粉酶活性分別為669.5、789.23、796.86、786.15和733.15個澱粉酶活性單位,澱粉活性最高的是中腸,最低的是胃。其最適pH為7.4~8.6,最適溫度為30~45℃。
The amylase activity of digestive organs in fish Schizothorax grahami was tested using iodine-starch color method. Results showed that under optimal pH and temperature condition the amylase activity of stomach, foregut, mid-intestine, hid-intestine and liver was 669.5, 789.23, 796.86, 786.15 and 733.15, respectively and the peak occurred in the middle intestine and the lowest was observed in the stomach. Optimal pH was 7.4~8.6 and temperature 30~45℃. |
