  少林關節擒拿法,根據人體解剖學,在有效距離內,作用於人體筋脈、關節和穴位上的力,瞬間會産生傷筋、錯骨和閉氣現象,起到固鎖人體局部或全身的作用。采取四兩破千斤,以巧製勝的手段,使對方束手就擒。《少林鷹派拳譜》雲:“關節擒拿法,如人與狼搏,巧力周旋,靈活機變,狼威風已盡,可手到擒來”。

  二、腕關節擒拿(the method of the wrist joint control)
  三、肘關節擒拿(the method of the elbow joint control)
  四、肩關節擒拿(the method of the shoulder joint control)
  五、頜關節擒拿(the method of the chin joint control)
  六、胯關節擒拿(the method of the hip-bone joint control)
  七、膝關節擒拿(the method of the knee joint control)
  八、踝關節擒拿(the method of the feet joint control)
