| (C) Member States should, as far as possible to ensure that specimens of species in the trade as soon as possible through all necessary formalities. In order to facilitate the passage, Member States may designate a number of export port for inspection and release of specimens of species. Member States must also ensure that all living specimens, during transit, detained or shipment, proper care, to minimize casualties and damage to health, and less abuse. |
