Shrimp Mayonnaise Rice and vegetable roll
大虾仁 4只
罐头凤梨片(大) 2片
美乃滋 50公克
柠檬汁 少许
太白粉 少许
盐、胡椒粉 各少许
制作:
1.虾仁去肠泥、洗净,与盐、胡椒粉、太白粉混合,放入磙水中汆烫一下,立即熄火,待虾仁在热水中泡熟後捞起沥乾。
2.将凤梨片,切丁备用。
3.将熟虾仁与凤梨丁、美乃滋、盐、胡椒粉、柠檬汁一起混拌均匀後,包入白饭中捏成饭糰即可。
*饭糰表面可贴上海苔片或是沾上芝麻一起食用。
