bright Bergamot Tuna cup
材料:新鲜薄茶6片番茄2个,鲔鱼罐头1罐,全麦叶司1片,盐、橄榄油各适量,黑胡椒、奶油各少许。
作法:
1薄荷洗净切末;番茄洗净,从虹蒂上方平切,控除果肉,将果肉放在盘中备用。
2、全麦吐司去边,放入烤箱烤至酥脆取出,切成1公分方丁。
3、将鲔鱼肉沥干油分,放入碗中捣碎,拌入番茄果肉、吐司丁、盐、薄荷 末、黑胡椒后,填入番茄盅中,淋上橄榄油,放在铺好,涂有奶油的铝箔纸上。
4、烤箱预热至摄氏2000c,放入作法3,约烤10分钟即可。
