Fresh gizzard pork braised in brown sauce
主料:猪五花肉
辅料:鸡胗
调料:盐、南乳、酱油、八角、桂皮、葱、姜、香叶、白糖、食用油、料酒
烹制方法:
1、五花肉洗净切成3厘米的块,焯水后取出待用;
2、鸡胗去皮,洗净切成小块;
3、高压锅内放油,待油热放入葱、姜、八角、桂皮、香叶煸出香味,倒入五花肉、鸡胗、酱油、南乳、盐、白糖炒出油上色后,加入水用大火烧开,阀门冒气,再转入小火焖30分钟,至肉胗酥烂,,大火收汤汁,拣去八角、桂皮、香叶装盘即成。
特点:色泽红亮、肉胗酥烂、味咸甜适口
