做法1.两个蛋(弄一匙蛋白到虾仁那里去)打散加盐和一杯水拌匀,小火蒸10分钟(不知道是不是我用电炉的关系,蒸来蒸去蛋都不凝结,蒸了差不多15分钟,有一点点老了,不过吃起来还挺滑的)
2.虾仁烫熟和葱花一起放到蛋面盖着闷5分钟就好了,吃时可以适量加点生抽麻油。
