面筋烧香菇
原料:
油面筋250克水发香菇100克植物油40克酱油10克味精2克白糖4克,香油5克,水淀粉10克素清汤100克
制法: (1)将水发香菇洗净去蒂,切成片。
(2)锅置旺火上,放入植物油,烧热后下香菇略炒,加入素清汤、酱油、白糖、味精、油面筋,旺火烧沸后,转用小火烧透入味,再转用旺火收浓汤汁,勾芡,淋香油,菇面朝上装盘即可。
特点: 色泽金黄,香菇脆嫩,面筋软糯。
