材料:银杏、腐竹、猪肚、虾米、胡萝卜片、芹菜段、胡椒、姜片、鸡汤或矿泉水、盐。
做法:猪肚洗净用滚水烫熟后取出,再用冷水冲洗干净,切成长条备用。银杏去壳去膜洗净备用。开砂锅,放入适量的鸡汤或矿泉水,加入银杏、猪肚、胡椒、虾米、姜片,以大火将水烧滚后,再转为小火煮约一小时。放入腐竹、胡萝卜片及芹菜段再煮约十五分钟,以盐调味即可。
