鸡1只(约900克)、干黄色菜50克,干香菇10朵。
a料:米酒1小匙
b料:盐1小匙
制作:
1.干黄花菜泡软,用手打结,干香菇泡软,去蒂,切条;鸡洗净备用。
2.锅中倒入2大匙油烧热,加入香菇及黄花菜炒香,盛入蒸鸡的碗中,加6杯水及a料,放入蒸锅,用中火蒸1小时,熄火,最后加入b料调匀即可。
