Fermented glutinous rice porridge
主料:西米 100克
辅料:江米酒 100克 鸡蛋 75克 枣(干) 8克
调料:赤砂糖 5克 糖桂花 10克 各适量
做法:
1. 西米淘洗干净,用冷水浸泡充分,捞出沥水。
2. 鸡蛋打于碗中,用筷子搅散;红枣洗净去核,切成丝备用。
3. 锅中加入冷水烧开,加甜酒酿、红枣丝、红糖、西米,先用旺火煮沸,然后改小火煮成稀粥,淋入鸡蛋液稍焖,撒上糖桂花即成。
